Initial Consultation

Description

The first appointment needs to be an 'Initial consultation', which is an in-depth health assessment in a confidential and supportive space via zoom. After booking you'll receive a confirmation email with a zoom link and reminders with an option to add the appointment to your google calendar. Vanessa will take a thorough case history and design the best natural medicine strategy for your individual needs. Afterwards, you'll receive a comprehensive and uniquely tailored natural medicine program including diet and lifestyle recommendations, a therapeutic supplement program and information about further testing if needed. You'll also gain access to the highest quality, therapeutic 'practitioner-only' natural medicines from Vanessa's virtual dispensary. After your 'Initial consultation' all other consultations will be follow-up consultations. You'll need to take a few minutes to fill in the 'Initial New Client Form' and email any recent or relevant test results to vanessa@seekvitality.com NOTE: Rescheduling and cancellations can easily be managed from 'My Bookings' in your account, once you have registered / logged-in.
